Our initial focus was on refreshing the look of No.19’s Instagram grid as an immediate enticement to viewers. In terms of specific content, we focused on highlighting their exceptional menu and introduced the use of more carousels and reels to foster impressions and engagement.
We also established a TikTok account for the cafe, posting short-form content and ensuring we appeared on modern cafe-goers’ favourite search engine to find their next visit. Our content highlighted their excellent food and drinks while taking a welcoming and relatable tone, encouraging a visit from all viewers.
