Create Fertility is a boutique fertility clinic in Melbourne, providing specialised fertility services including IVF and egg freezing. They emerged from Create Health, an existing women’s health clinic, and sought to differentiate themselves as a leader in fertility knowledge and treatment.

The Problem

Fertility is a deeply competitive category and entering the space was always going to be a challenge. As an entirely new brand, Create Fertility lacked its own distinct identity that could be used to connect them with prospective patients, and were relying solely on the connection with Create Health. The team knew this would not be sustainable and required a tailored identity to help them enter the space.
We collaborated with the doctors and founders of Create Fertility to understand what set them apart as a brand, and how they would like to communicate that in their branding and visual identity. We designed and presented three unique concepts, including logos, colourways, typography and design rules, before refining them with the team’s feedback into the final product.

Having an innate knowledge of the brand and design elements, we were a natural fit to design and develop their website. Our design team created wireframes for main category pages and we drafted out written content for the entire site, creating a tone that was warm, intelligent and welcoming. Working closely with their team to ensure all information was accurate, we presented a website design that made sure access to their service pages was prioritised, information was presented neatly, and viewers were encouraged to reach out.

After launching the website, we began SEO work with the main goal of beginning to rank on the first page of Google for key services and doctor’s pages. This involved creating a comprehensive set of KPIs around organic visits, keyword rankings and form fills. We optimised all of the existing pages, wrote informative blogs, created location-specific clinic pages to drive local search, and helped to set up the site for conversion.
