Until recently, Mira had been known as Pest Register, with their software originally purpose-built for professionals in that sector. Because of that history, they were struggling to reach potential users outside of pest control, but wanted to improve their reach into other industries and show that they were equipped for all kinds of industries.
While Mira had a comprehensive software solution for admin headaches, they were also struggling to gain brand awareness against bigger and better-known brands.
