Our output

A brand that holds together everywhere

A logo can make a first impression. A complete identity makes it recognisable wherever the business appears — the same visual language on a website, a billboard, a document or the side of a vehicle, designed for those real applications from the start, not forced to fit them later.

A brand should look like one business, not a collection of separate design decisions.

  • Jamaica Blue street posters: latte-art photography with the lines “Coffee to stir your senses” and “All-day roast”
  • Oakleigh Dental brand identity: the wordmark over a close-up of a laughing woman framing her smile with her hands
  • BTD Lawyers brand photography: three people in suits beside the BTD Lawyers logo

Our Strategy

From idea to identity

Three phases, each building on the last, starting with research and creative direction, developing that into a complete visual system, then delivering a finished identity your whole business can actually use.

  1. Define and ideate

We begin by understanding your business, audience, market and competitors. Through a detailed creative brief, industry research and visual exploration, we establish the direction the brand needs to take and the ideas it should communicate.

  2. Develop and refine

We turn the initial creative directions into complete identity concepts. This includes developing the logo, iconography and supporting visual elements into systems that are recognisable, practical and aligned with your brand goals. You review the proposed directions, provide feedback and help shape the final identity.

  3. Build and deliver

Once the direction is approved, we prepare the final logo files, supporting assets and brand guidelines needed to use the identity consistently. Your style guide gives your team, suppliers and future creative partners clear direction on how the brand should appear across different applications.

A Complete Service

Every marketing channel works harder when the brand behind it is stronger

Paid advertising can earn attention. Search can help people find you. Media can put your name in front of the right audience at scale.

But once someone arrives, the brand still has to create confidence.

If the identity feels inconsistent, dated or unclear, every channel has to work harder to overcome it. A strong brand gives your marketing a clearer foundation, helping every campaign feel more credible, connected and memorable.

Branding does not replace performance marketing. It gives performance marketing something stronger to work with.

Our process

What we create

  1. Hands on a laptop showing a brand typography and colour board, surrounded by printed brand layouts

    Brand identity + style guide

For new businesses, growing companies or established brands that need a clearer and more recognisable identity. A brand is more than a logo: the identity needs colour, typography, iconography and imagery working together as one visual system. We deliver a primary logo and secondary variations, brand icon, colour palette, typography, supporting graphic elements, image direction, and a full style guide, delivered as digital and print-ready files.

  2. A designer in a black blazer working on a laptop in a white studio

    Stationery + assets

We apply the identity across the practical materials your business uses every day — business cards, email signatures and letterheads, proposal and document templates, signage, uniforms and vehicle graphics, presentation templates, and branded forms for internal use.

  3. Printed brand collateral and photo layouts spread across a table beside open books

    Graphic design

For businesses that already have a brand and need professional creative assets developed within it — as a one-off project, or as ongoing support for new campaigns, presentations and collateral as they come up. This spans social media templates, digital and outdoor advertising, brochures, reports, campaign creative, sales collateral, event material and other branded digital assets.

A Complete Service

A brand that fuels everything else

A strong identity becomes the foundation for the rest of your marketing.

It gives your website a clearer visual direction, makes social media more recognisable, strengthens advertising creative and helps every campaign feel like it belongs to the same business. Once the system is established, it can guide your website, emails, social media, advertising, media campaigns and more.

Instead of every channel beginning with a new visual decision, each one draws from the same established brand. Every rollout starts with a clear identity rather than another interpretation of how the business should look.

That means faster creative development, stronger consistency and a more recognisable business wherever customers encounter it.

A system, not a folder of logo files

A logo on its own can't tell your team, suppliers or future partners how to actually use it. A real system can.

Our Answers

FAQs

The scope depends on what your business needs, but a full identity project typically includes research, creative direction, logo design, colour, typography, supporting graphic elements, imagery direction, final files and a tailored brand style guide. A logo is only one part of that system. Additional applications such as stationery, social templates, signage or vehicle graphics can also be included.

Yes. Not every business needs a complete rebrand. We can assess what's already working, identify what needs to change and develop a refreshed identity that retains valuable recognition where appropriate.

A full branding project usually takes around four to six weeks, depending on scope, number of stakeholders and the feedback process. Our standard process includes three initial creative directions for review, with the final number of concepts and revision rounds confirmed in your project proposal.

A style guide explains how to use the identity consistently. Depending on scope, it may cover logo variations, clear space, minimum sizes, colour values, typography, imagery and examples of correct and incorrect use. You'll receive the approved logo and identity assets in formats suited to digital and print use, which may include vector, PDF, PNG and JPEG files, along with the final style guide.

Once the project is complete and all agreed invoices have been paid, ownership of the approved final brand assets transfers according to the terms outlined in your proposal.

Yes. We can create new graphic design assets within an established brand system, whether the original identity was created by Media Exchange or another provider.

Branding projects are quoted individually, since cost depends on the depth of strategy, number of identity elements, supporting assets and complexity of the rollout. Before work begins, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline and total project cost.
