Founder and Director

Clint Chambers

Clint has been helping Australian businesses grow for the past 20 years by building strong relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs and marketing teams, as well as industry partners, affiliates and professionals. It is his knowledge of the media industry and extensive network in the corporate sector, that led him to establish his own independent media agency Media Exchange.

Having spent the past 10 years working with the Australian Radio Network and 5 years with iNC Digital Media, Clint has developed a comprehensive understanding of the traditional and digital media landscapes. He recognises the challenge of having a great product or service and thinking creatively to ‘make it famous’.

Building businesses and seeing small unknown brands grow into household names is what he thrives on. He loves numbers, he loves targets, and he especially loves when those numbers and targets translate to increased business growth and marketing performance. 

Clint is a keen surfer and finds this is where his most creative thinking happens.

Ian Molina

Ian’s SEO experience spans more than a decade, managing multiple teams both in Australia and abroad. He loves examining data to create genuine, sustainable success for clients. Beyond the web, he takes pride in an ever-growing sneaker collection and enjoys catching up on NBA highlights.

Tristan Kay-Hards

Tristan creates content for social media, websites and paid advertising, working hard for our clients while also completing a digital business degree at RMIT. When he’s not behind the lens, Tristan loves making music and re-watching The Office.

Jacques van Wyngaard

Web Developer

Jacques uses his interest in data analysis and technical skills to provide clients the best chance to rank favourably in search engines. If he’s not helping our clients rank, you can find him lifting weights, or writing about coffee on his blog, Conversation Coffee.

Emily Agius

Brand and Graphic Designer

Emily’s creativity flourishes when she’s delivering bold designs and branding solutions for clients, drawing on her Visual Communication degree and social media experience. She operates her own handmade jewellery business between caring for her growing plant collection.

Digital Marketing Co-ordinator

Deborah See

Deborah gets creative behind the scenes working alongside our team to create social media content while also coordinating our clients and partners across our media platforms. Away from the office, she loves makeup artistry, decorating birthday cakes and beach walks with her toy moodle, Hunter.

Copy and Content Writer

Lachlan Kempson

Lachlan writes distinct and inventive copy for clients and their audiences, pulling from his experience in subediting and Master of Publishing and Communications. He keeps it simple — when he isn’t writing, he’s reading classic literature or doing a crossword.

Kayla leverages her passion for branding and storytelling to deliver innovative copy and blogs to clients, all while pursuing her Master of Advertising at RMIT. When not at her desk, Kayla loves being active outside doing yoga, playing pickleball or running by the beach.
